What does it cost to get started?<\/summary>

Nothing. The free edition runs a shop in compliance with the law \u2014 one domain per installation, any number of installations. You can try every paid package for three months with the full range of functions, without providing a means of payment.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

What happens after the three trial months?<\/summary>

If the trial period ends without you taking out a subscription, the free edition takes over. Blocking carries on, the record archive stays readable. Nothing is switched off.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

The three trial months \u2014 per customer or per domain?<\/summary>

Per domain and per product, and exactly once. A domain that has tried DT-PM Consent gets its own three months again for another product of ours. A second period for the same combination never arises.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Where do I enter the licence key?<\/summary>

In the plugin settings. The key has the form DTPM-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Upper and lower case, missing or additional hyphens and spaces make no difference \u2014 the check compensates for that.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

I am moving to another domain. What about my key?<\/summary>

Release the old domain in the plugin, then the seat is free again and you activate on the new one. Without releasing it, the seat stays occupied.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Does anything leave my shop?<\/summary>

No visitor data. All processing takes place in your WordPress installation. The only thing that goes out is the check of your licence key against our licence service \u2014 key, domain and product identifier, nothing else.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Do I need a data processing agreement with you?<\/summary>

Not for the plugin, because no personal data of your visitors reaches us. If you send us data in a support case, for instance in a diagnosis file, please check beforehand whether it contains personal data.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

What does the plugin block \u2014 and what not?<\/summary>

Stopped are registered scripts together with their attached snippets, embedded content in posts, text widgets and oEmbed output, as well as stylesheets and images from external servers. Not covered is a script that a theme writes directly into a template file, nor one that loads another at runtime. The setup aid shows you what actually loads on your site \u2014 including what the plugin cannot stop.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

How quickly do I get an answer?<\/summary>

In the free edition via this page and a ticket, answered by an AI assistant. With a paid package additionally remote diagnosis and escalation to a person \u2014 within 48 hours in the Single package, within 24 hours from Multiple upwards.<\/p><\/div><\/details>

Does your assistant give legal advice?<\/summary>

No, and it must not. We answer questions about the product and its setup. Whether a particular processing operation is permissible in your case is for your legal advisers to decide \u2014 no tool takes that judgement off your hands.<\/p><\/div><\/details><\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
